Day 01: Guwahati - Shillong

Arrive at Guwahati Airport / Railway station you will be received and greet by our company representative and Proceed to Shillong, also called "Scotland of the East". Reach the majestic Umiam Lake. You may do the water sports here. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 02: Shillong

After breakfast visit Don Bosco Monument, Ward’s Lake where you can enjoy boating, Cathedral Catholic Church, Lady Hydri Park, Spread Eagle Fall and Sweet Fall. Evening back to hotel and overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 03: Shillong - Mawlynnong - Cherrapunjee

After breakfast visit the cleanest village in India. From Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. It is along the Indo - Bangladesh border. This cute and colorful little village is known for its cleanliness. Evening back to Cherrapunjee check in hotel and Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Day 04: Cherrapunjee - Shillong

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee sightseeing, the wettest place in the world. There are lots of spectacular view points on the way to Cherrapunjee. Evening back to Shillong. Overnight stay at hotel in Shillong.

Day 05: Shillong - Guwahati

After breakfast transfer to Guwahati. On reaching Guwahati visit Kamakhya Temple, then visit the State Museum / Srimanta Sankaradev Kalakshetra commonly Kalakshetra is a cultural institution in the Panjabari area of Guwahati and by evening you can go to either Tirupati Balaji Temple / in an evening cruise in the mighty Bramhaputra River. Overnight stay at hotel in Guwahati.

Day 06: Guwahati - Paro - Thimphu

Morning will be comparatively free and closer to the time of your flight, you will be transferred to the Airport in time to board your flight for Paro Once you arrive in Paro, you will be received by our representative and guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Thimphu. Upon arrival, proceed for check in at your hotel. Evening stroll around the Market or take rest at the hotel.

Day 07: Thimphu - Wangdue Phodrang

After breakfast go for half day Thimphu sightseeing, visit the indigenous hospital, art and craft school and National Museum. Afternoon drive to Wangdue Phodrangphodrang, the last town on the highway before entering central Bhutan. The drive over Dochu La pass is very scenic with fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08: Wangdue Phodrang - Gangtey - Wangdue Phodrang

After breakfast go for Full day Gangtey excursion. Gangtey Gompa in the Phobjikha Valley is a 16th century monastery. It is the only monastery in Bhutan, which follows the Nyingmapa sect of Buddhism. The Phobjikha valley is home to rare Black Necked Crane, an endangered species, which migrate from the Tibetan plateau in winters. About 250 - 300 of these reside in this beautiful valley. Return to Wangdue Phodrangphodrang in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09: Wangdue Phodrang - Punakha - Paro

After breakfast leave for Punakha, the valley that lies amidst snow capped mountain peaks, served as capital of Bhutan until 1955. Visit Punakha Dzong built at the confluence of the Po and Mo Chu Rivers in the 17th Century by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel served as capital of Bhutan until 1955. The Dzong houses sacred artifacts and the embalmed body of Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel. One can also enjoy River Rafting at the Mo Cho River which is close to the Punakha Monastery. Drive to Paro. On arrival check in at the hotel and freshen up. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Paro

After breakfast go for Paro Sightseeing visit the ruined fortress of Drugyel Dzong which still attracts visitors due to the strategic location of the fort. The fort defended the Paro valley from the Tibetan invasion from the north in the early 17th century. On clear weather Mount Chomolhari 7320 meters can be seen towering over the Dzong. Proceed through the beautiful valley to the watch tower or locally known as Ta Dzong. Visit Ta Dzong Opening Hours whole week, which was built in 1651 as a watchtower. Since 1951 the Dzong has been re established as the National museum and holds fascinating collections of art and religious Thankha paintings. A short walk downhill to the Rinpung Dzong which serves as the administrative centre and school for monks. Walk further down crossing the traditional bridge into Paro Town. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11: Paro

After breakfast transfer to the Airport for onward connection with the beautiful memories of Bhutan.
